Peer Support

Peer Support is provided by trained staff with lived experience who understand recovery from a personal perspective.

Support may include:

  • Reducing isolation and increasing connection

  • Setting and working toward personal goals

Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST)

CPST focuses on building everyday skills that increase independence, organization, and emotional stability.

Support may include:

  • Daily living and organization skills

  • Stress management and emotional regulation strategies

  • Communication and problem-solving skills

  • Community resource navigation

  • Coordination with natural and professional supports

Community Events
